GOVT. DEGREE COLLEGE, NAGARI: STAFF COUNCIL

It is the advisory body to help the Principal in Academic Matters, Co-curricular activities, Extra-curricular activities Sports, Organizational functions, Maintenance or Discipline 

Term: Staff Secretary is elected by the Principal. The term of staff secretary shall be 1 year.

Meetings: The meeting of the council shall be convened at such times as the Principal may consider necessary.

Functions : 

• To Facilitate communication among the Principal teaching , non teaching staff
• To make rules & regulations for sports ,extra-curricular activities    proper maintenance and functioning of theplaygrounds
• To Participate, assist and advise the Principal in nominating staff representatives to serve on Institutionalcommittees
• To Promote and advocate staff professionalism and support opportunitiesfor leadershipdevelopment.
• To Plan celebration of important days and other co-curricularactivities.
• To perform such other functions as may be assigned by thePrincipal.
