It is the advisory body that helps the Principal in academic matters, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, sports, organizational functions, and the maintenance of discipline.

Term: The Staff Secretary is elected by the Principal. The term of the Staff Secretary shall be 1 year.

Meetings: The meeting of the council shall be convened at such times as the Principal may consider necessary.

Functions

• To facilitate communication among the Principal, teaching and non-teaching staff.
• To make rules & regulations for sports and extra-curricular activities and the proper maintenance and functioning of the playgrounds.
• To participate, assist and advise the Principal in nominating staff representatives to serve on institutional committees.
• To promote and advocate staff professionalism and support opportunities for leadership development.
• To plan the celebration of important days and other co-curricular activities.
• To perform such other functions as may be assigned by the Principal.
