Skill Development Centre (APSSDC)

The Skill Development Centre at the College runs under the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) to deliver industry-aligned skill training that improves student employability.

About APSSDC

APSSDC was established by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as a public–private partnership to train youth in employable skills. The Centre at this College offers short-term certified courses delivered by industry trainers, with curriculum aligned to current market needs across IT, banking, retail and core industrial sectors.

Training is delivered through a mix of classroom sessions, lab work, simulations, guest lectures from industry, and structured assessments leading to a sector skill council certification.

Eligibility

Open to UG students of the College. Selection is based on the student’s academic year, course and interest area. Students are encouraged to register early with the Centre’s coordinator.
