Career Guidance Cell (CGC)

The Career Guidance Cell helps students discover, evaluate, and prepare for their best-fit career options after graduation — whether higher studies, competitive examinations, employment, or entrepreneurship.

About the Cell

CGC organises career-awareness workshops, one-on-one counselling, and guidance on higher studies, competitive examinations, and entrepreneurship. It works closely with the Placement Cell and JKC to provide a continuous student-to-career pipeline.

The Cell maintains a roster of past entrance-exam toppers and successfully placed alumni who interact with students through guest sessions and mentor circles.

  • Make students aware of the full range of career options.
  • Guide students on entrance examinations and higher studies.
  • Develop awareness of self-employment and startup opportunities.
  • Build the skills needed to succeed at interviews and tests.

How to Reach Us

Students may walk in to the Cell during College hours or book a one-on-one counselling slot through the Coordinator. Group workshops are notified on the College notice board and on this website.
