Admission Procedure
APSCHE conducts online degree admissions for all Government & Aided Degree Colleges in Andhra Pradesh through the OAMDC portal. Eligible students apply online with the required details and documents; allotments are issued centrally based on rank/merit and the candidate’s preferences.

Step-by-Step Procedure
- Notification: Watch for the APSCHE admission notification on the OAMDC portal and on this website.
- Registration & Application: Register on the OAMDC portal with mobile number and email; fill the application with personal, academic, and reservation details.
- Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of SSC and Intermediate marks memos, caste certificate (if applicable), income certificate, Aadhaar, and a passport-size photograph.
- Preferences: Select Government Degree College, Nagari, and the desired programme(s) in order of preference.
- Application Fee: Pay the prescribed application fee online.
- Web Options & Allotment: Submit web options during the scheduled window. Seat allotment is issued by APSCHE based on merit and options.
- Self-Reporting: Self-report on the OAMDC portal within the deadline given in the allotment order.
- College Reporting: Report at the college with original certificates for verification within the stipulated time.
- Fee Payment & Joining: Pay the prescribed tuition fee at the college and complete the admission formalities.

- SSC and Intermediate / equivalent marks memos
- Transfer Certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate from the previous institution
- Caste Certificate (for SC / ST / BC / EBC / Minority candidates)
- Income Certificate (for fee reimbursement and scholarships)
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport-size photographs (recent)
